Listing source

Listings on Farms and Ranches are provided by MyStateMLS from participating brokerages. Each property page shows the listing brokerage (and listing agent where available) and when the listing data was last updated by the brokerage and received by us.

Accuracy

Listing information is provided by the listing brokerage, is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and should be independently verified. Acreage, land use, buildings, water sources, zoning and other details are as reported by the listing. Farms and Ranches does not verify them and does not certify any agricultural, legal or physical condition of a property.

Display permissions

We show only listings authorized for internet display, and we honor withheld addresses: when a seller withholds the street address, it is not shown on the page, in links, maps, search results or shared previews. Listings that leave the MyStateMLS feed stop being shown; they are never labeled sold by us.

Coverage

Coverage depends on which brokerages participate in MyStateMLS and differs by state. The site does not include every farm or ranch for sale or every listing from every MLS.
